* The software product organization within Ford Credit seeks to deeply
understand our customer so that we may provide digital solutions that improve
their ability to finance and own Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
* Ford Credit Platform Engineering is looking for a Technical Project Manager
specializing in management of delivery of work through sprints and Program
Increments.
* You
will work on managing the governance and maintaining control of highly complex, cross-team, multi-project programs.
* You will help delivery teams be laser focused on delivering work with quality
while maintaining the control of noise in the ecosystem and minimize the
affect of it on the core team delivering the work.
* The primary customers for the role are engineering leaders, product managers,
developers, and analytics teams within Ford Credit.
* The candidate will have a deep understanding of Lean-Agile program management
practices (including SAFe) and must have managed key ownership of processes
in practices.
