Accountabilities:
- Administer global sales incentive and compensation plans, ensuring accurate, timely calculation of commissions and payouts.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for sales teams, resolving commission-related inquiries such as disputes, calculations, and system issues.
- Validate incentive calculations, commission structures, and performance metrics while supporting audit and governance processes.
- Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, HR, and Payroll to ensure accurate incentive data, onboarding, and lifecycle changes for employees.
- Analyze sales performance, compensation outcomes, and payout trends to assess plan effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Support the design and refinement of incentive plans by conducting benchmarking studies and market analysis.
- Prepare governance and reporting materials, including performance insights and executive-level presentation decks.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement within compensation administration workflows.
- Collaborate with global sales leadership to develop insights, modeling, and recommendations for future incentive design cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales compensation, incentive plan administration, or revenue operations.
- Strong understanding of sales incentive structures including quotas, accelerators, OTE, and pay-for-performance models.
- Experience working with large-scale, global sales organizations and complex compensation frameworks.
- Advanced Excel and data modeling skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and large dataset manipulation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data.
- Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, Workday, Tableau/Einstein Analytics, Alteryx, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with process automation and compensation system improvements is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- SQL or advanced analytics experience is a plus.
