Role responsibilities
As a Natural Resource Specialist 3 (Food Safety Inspector), you will plan and perform inspections in food establishments, collect samples, and interpret lab results for compliance. You will also review facility plans and applications for compliance with state and federal laws.
Requirements
Candidates must be licensed as an Environmental Health Specialist with the State of Oregon or eligible to register as an Environmental Health Trainee. A bachelor's degree with a science background and relevant experience is required.
