Accountabilities:

    • Serve as the primary solution expert for a designated product domain, supporting strategic enterprise sales opportunities and multi-product engagements.
    • Partner with sales teams during discovery to assess customer needs, technical environments, integration requirements, and solution fit.
    • Design scalable solution architectures and lead product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements that align with customer goals.
    • Document key sales insights, technical requirements, and decision criteria to support structured opportunity management.
    • Prepare accurate, high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires.
    • Validate solution configurations, product selections, and technical recommendations to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
    • Develop and maintain demo environments, reusable demonstration assets, runbooks, and technical presentation materials.
    • Support seamless project transitions by preparing comprehensive post-sale documentation for implementation and customer success teams.
    • Provide product and market feedback to product management and enablement teams to improve solution positioning and sales effectiveness.
    • Contribute to onboarding, certification programs, mentoring initiatives, and scalable enablement resources for solution consulting teams.
    • Represent the organization at customer meetings, executive workshops, and industry events while supporting strategic business development initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
      • 10+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, implementation, or a related SaaS environment.
      • Deep expertise in at least one K-12 technology domain, such as student information systems, analytics, learning platforms, ERP, or talent management solutions.
      • Proven success leading complex demonstrations and technical validation sessions with executive-level decision-makers.
      • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, authentication, identity management, data flows, and education technology standards (e.g., Ed-Fi, OneRoster, LTI, SAML, OIDC).
      • Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and other technical procurement processes.
      • Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
      • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage opportunities and document sales activities.
      • Excellent organizational, presentation, stakeholder management, and time management skills.
      • Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues, develop reusable solution assets, and contribute to broader go-to-market initiatives.
      • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60–75%) to support customer engagements and strategic sales activities.
