Are you in?Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleYou will join the Procurement Team in Porto and support the MyBuy (SAP Ariba) users community, and ensure a smooth operation of the system. You will be the first point of support for users, investigating system issues and helping to resolve them, working closely with internal and external IT teams. ARIBA Stakeholder Engagement: Be responsible for communication with local purchasing organizations and suppliersProcess Quality: Ensure quality and effectiveness of the processes and secure compliance by applying tight controls. Provide accurate information/solutions and timely reportingUser and Supplier Support: Answer questions, offer support/advice, and conduct training upon needUser Maintenance: Set up new users and manage authorizationsTool Incident & Problem Management: Support the resolution/identification of operational issues within the toolYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeedYou enjoy supporting others, solving problems, and working collaboratively in an international team.
