Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Coursework/Training: Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department.
• Upon hire: Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse 
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: MDS may be required if cross-trained into ECF 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of LPN
