A Club Fitness Coordinator is responsible for all Front Desk systems and studio branding practices/processes are adhered to company guidelines, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, payment handling, and customer care calls. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Sales & Member Experience
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, texts, email, and in person outreach
Conduct studio tours and explain membership options
Convert trials and prospects into memberships
Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement
Assist with local marketing initiatives, events, partnerships, and social media content
Maintain accurate member and prospect information in CRM systems
Support achievement of monthly sales and membership goals
Studio Operations
Open and/or close the studio as scheduled
Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and operating efficiently
Manage class bookings, waitlists, and member inquiries
Assist with inventory, retail displays, and operational tasks
Provide exceptional customer service both in person and digitally
Help foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive studio culture
Coaching Responsibilities
Coach a small number of F45 group fitness classes each week
Deliver safe, high-energy, and engaging workouts
Demonstrate exercises and provide modifications when needed
Motivate members and ensure proper form and technique
Create a welcoming, team-oriented class atmosphere
Support member accountability and fitness progress
