A Club Fitness Coordinator is responsible for all Front Desk systems and studio branding practices/processes are adhered to company guidelines, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, payment handling, and customer care calls. Ensure all Front Desk systems and studio branding practices/processes are adhered to company guidelines, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, payment handling, and customer care calls.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Sales & Member Experience

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, texts, email, and in person outreach

  • Conduct studio tours and explain membership options

  • Convert trials and prospects into memberships

  • Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement

  • Assist with local marketing initiatives, events, partnerships, and social media content

  • Maintain accurate member and prospect information in CRM systems

  • Support achievement of monthly sales and membership goals

Studio Operations

  • Open and/or close the studio as scheduled

  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and operating efficiently

  • Manage class bookings, waitlists, and member inquiries

  • Assist with inventory, retail displays, and operational tasks

  • Provide exceptional customer service both in person and digitally

  • Help foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive studio culture

Coaching Responsibilities

  • Coach a small number of F45 group fitness classes each week

  • Deliver safe, high-energy, and engaging workouts

  • Demonstrate exercises and provide modifications when needed

  • Motivate members and ensure proper form and technique

  • Create a welcoming, team-oriented class atmosphere

  • Support member accountability and fitness progress
