Accountabilities:

    The Go to Market Engineer Lead will be responsible for building and scaling AI-driven solutions that enhance pre-sales efficiency, improve customer interactions, and accelerate revenue processes. This role requires a strong blend of technical execution, strategic ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.

    • Define and own the AI and automation roadmap for pre-sales operations, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and team needs.
    • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, workflows, and automation systems that improve technical discovery, demos, proposals, and proof-of-concept processes.
    • Analyze existing pre-sales workflows to identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.
    • Build solutions that accelerate RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, and customer-facing technical documentation.
    • Create integrations between AI tools, CRM platforms, proposal systems, and knowledge management solutions.
    • Establish technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for AI adoption across go-to-market teams.
    • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
    • Prototype, test, and iterate quickly based on feedback from internal users and real-world business requirements.
    • Monitor automation performance, reliability, and adoption while continuously improving systems.
    • Mentor other engineers and act as a technical leader for AI-driven go-to-market initiatives.
    • Present progress updates, performance insights, and roadmap recommendations to leadership teams.
    • Support inbound lead management and other revenue-focused automation opportunities.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings experience across engineering, automation, and go-to-market functions, with the ability to independently lead AI initiatives from strategy through execution.

      • 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar technical-commercial roles.
      • Proven experience leading AI, automation, or workflow optimization initiatives from concept to implementation.
      • Hands-on experience building AI agents and automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, custom scripts, or LLM APIs.
      • Strong understanding of pre-sales processes, including discovery, demos, RFPs, security reviews, and proof-of-concept execution.
      • Solid technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and software development concepts.
      • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and JavaScript for developing custom solutions.
      • Experience working with CRM, proposal management, and knowledge management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
      • Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical and scalable technical solutions.
      • Experience mentoring engineers, influencing technical direction, or establishing engineering best practices.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, sales professionals, and executive stakeholders.
      • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
