Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investigator sites, serving as the primary point of contact for study-related activities and support.
- Facilitate communication between sites and internal teams to ensure efficient study start-up processes and smooth operational execution.
- Support multiple clinical studies simultaneously by identifying and addressing site challenges, escalating issues when necessary, and promoting effective collaboration.
- Partner with clinical operations, feasibility, and project teams to align site capabilities with upcoming study opportunities.
- Gather site feedback and operational insights to support protocol optimization, feasibility assessments, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor site performance metrics, including start-up timelines, recruitment progress, and quality indicators, implementing actions to drive improvements where needed.
- Contribute to the development of site engagement strategies, best practices, and tools that enhance the overall investigator and site experience.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and service quality while operating within a matrixed and fast-paced clinical research environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience within clinical research.
- Minimum of 2 years of Study Start-Up (SSU) experience within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong background in clinical research with significant exposure to site management, site partnerships, or site-facing responsibilities.
- Good understanding of clinical trial operations, site processes, and factors influencing recruitment, study performance, and quality outcomes.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish credibility with investigators and site personnel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple studies and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high service standards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional, international teams.
