    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of a full product lifecycle, ideally in fintech, personal finance, or B2C digital marketplaces.

      • Strong expertise in A/B testing, web analytics, user research, and conversion rate optimization.
      • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a strong ability to translate ideas into MVPs and iterative releases.
      • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product discovery, research, and rapid prototyping.
      • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
      • Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, prioritization frameworks, and executable plans.
      • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Genuine interest in personal finance and improving financial outcomes for consumers.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive compensation aligned with Canadian market benchmarks ($110,000 – $150,000 range).
        • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada.
        • Flexible working hours to support work-life balance and autonomy.
        • Comprehensive health and dental coverage with no employee-paid premiums.
        • RRSP matching program to support long-term financial planning.
        • Dedicated professional development budget for training and career growth.
        • Regular team events and social activities, both virtual and in-person.
