Accountabilities:

    The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing lifecycle activities, and ensuring commercial success through strong cross-functional leadership. Key responsibilities include:

    • Develop and execute product strategies for assigned lower-limb product lines, including prosthetic feet, knee systems, components, and orthotic solutions.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, pricing dynamics, reimbursement considerations, and clinical insights to guide product investment decisions.
    • Serve as the customer and commercial voice throughout product development by translating user needs into clear market requirements and product priorities.
    • Lead go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, positioning, pricing approach, launch planning, and sales enablement initiatives.
    • Coordinate launch readiness activities across Sales, Marketing, Clinical Education, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product introductions.
    • Monitor product performance metrics, adoption trends, revenue outcomes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Design and lead voice-of-customer initiatives, including clinician interviews, patient feedback sessions, and key opinion leader engagement.
    • Develop marketing briefs, messaging strategies, training materials, competitive positioning resources, and other commercial tools.
    • Manage product line budgets and support financial planning through ROI analysis and performance reporting.
    • Lead cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, resolve challenges, and drive alignment among senior stakeholders.
    • Mentor product management colleagues and contribute to the development of product management best practices.
    • Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates to leadership teams using data-driven analysis.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare product management, commercial strategy, and cross-functional leadership. Required qualifications and skills include:

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, healthcare, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
      • 8+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, product management, or a related strategic function (6+ years with an advanced degree).
      • Demonstrated experience managing product lifecycles, developing product strategies, and executing go-to-market initiatives.
      • Proven project or program management experience with the ability to lead complex, multi-functional initiatives.
      • Experience developing global launch strategies and driving commercial execution.
      • Strong understanding of market segmentation, value proposition development, sales enablement, and channel strategy.
      • Ability to conduct customer research and translate insights into product requirements and marketing strategies.
      • Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, interpreting business data, and presenting recommendations to leadership.
      • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
      • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without direct authority.
      • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, rehabilitation, prosthetics, orthotics, or related clinical environments preferred.
      • Familiarity with medical device regulations, reimbursement structures, CMS processes, or related healthcare market dynamics is a plus.
      • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
      • Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
