Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.

The Opportunity:

Revolution Medicines is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Manager, Legal Operations to support the Legal team. This individual contributor role is responsible for managing all aspects of technology leveraged by the legal department including the contract management system, the corporate governance system, AI tools, matter management, e-billing and reporting software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). The Manager, Legal Operations serves as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for all Legal Department technology solutions and Contract Management. This role is responsible for system administration, user support, training, basic configuration tasks, vendor coordination, and technology adoption across the legal technology ecosystem.

This role reports to the VP, Legal, Europe.

The position works closely with all Legal teams, Information Technology/Information Security, and software vendors to ensure legal systems operate effectively and support business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day European legal operations processes across contract management, legal technology administration, reporting, user support, vendor coordination, and adoption of legal systems.

  • Lead continuous improvement of legal operations workflows, translating Legal team needs into practical process, reporting, and technology enhancements.

System Administration

  • Serve as primary administrator for legal technology platforms, including matter management, contract lifecycle management, e-billing, e-discovery, document management, legal intake, and other legal applications.

  • Configure workflows, user permissions, templates, dashboards, forms, and reports.

  • Maintain system integrity, security, and data quality.

Contract Management

  • Manage corporate, clinical and commercial contract flow within the EU legal Group.

  • Liaise with all team members to ensure timely contract management.

  • Produce granular data on contract flow and volume.

  • Support admin requirement for discrete projects and manages workflow within the group.

  • Route agreements for internal approvals.

  • Maintain central contract repository.

  • Support legal invoicing processes and coordination with Finance and Accounts Payable.

  • Monitor milestones and key dates.

  • Co-ordinate high-volume templates.

  • Assist in training internal teams.

User Support

  • Provide first-line support for Legal Department technology users.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendors.

  • Manage support requests and issue tracking.

Training and Documentation

  • Develop and deliver user training programs.

  • Create and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures, FAQs, and training materials.

  • Promote system adoption and best practices.

Vendor Management

  • Serve as primary liaison with legal technology vendors.

  • Coordinate software upgrades, releases, testing, and implementation activities.

  • Escalate and manage complex support issues through resolution.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Develop system dashboards and reports.

  • Support data extraction, analysis, and reporting requests.

  • Monitor utilization and adoption metrics.

Technology Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

  • Participate in evaluation and implementation of new legal technologies.

  • Recommend enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with legal technology, matter management, contract lifecycle management, or e-billing systems preferred.

The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute beyond the core responsibilities of the position, partnering collaboratively across functions to support the continued success and growth of the company.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

  • 6 to 8 years of legal operations, project management, or corporate legal department experience.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise legal technology platforms.

  • Experience with SaaS-based enterprise applications in the Legal field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and systems administration skills.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Experience in creating training and user documentation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology companies.
