Our client, a leading Greek distributor of industrial power transmission products and mechanical spare parts with nationwide presence and strong technical expertise, is looking to recruit an Industrial Applications Technician.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
- Performs inspections, diagnostics, and condition assessments of open gear systems
- Installs, commissions, and maintains conditions monitoring systems (e.g., vibration, temperature, lubrication monitoring)
- Conducts vibration measurements and basic analysis of identify faults and support predictive maintenance
- Installs and services automatic and centralized lubrication systems to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Supports lubrication audits and bearing maintenance activities, following structured training and procedures
- Executes on-site technical visits to industrial clients across Greece, providing troubleshooting and maintenance support
- Delivers technical assistance to the sales team, including product selection, application guidance, and after-sales support
- Ensures compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all technical activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Master’s degree will be considered a plus
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience within an industrial environment
- Solid expertise in technical support for mechanical products
- Vibration Analysis Level I certification will be considered an asset
- Ability to travel; a valid driver’s license is required
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
