Accountabilities:
- Partner with global HR leaders to align strategies, share best practices, and maintain consistency across regions while adapting to local needs.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and change management.
- Lead HR support for key business functions, including customer-focused teams and corporate departments.
- Oversee regional HR operations, employee relations, and compliance activities across the Americas.
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary HR teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits to deliver effective people programs.
- Use data-driven insights and workforce analytics to evaluate organizational effectiveness and guide strategic decisions.
- Drive improvements to HR processes, systems, and employee experiences through technology and automation.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen performance management, employee engagement, and organizational health.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations while maintaining a strong and inclusive workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles overseeing HR business partnerships and HR operations.
- Proven experience managing HR strategies across multiple locations or regions.
- Strong ability to collaborate within global, matrixed organizations and across different time zones.
- Demonstrated success advising executive leaders on organizational strategy, talent, and workforce challenges.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams while managing complex employee relations matters.
- Strong understanding of HR technology platforms, including Workday and ServiceNow or similar systems.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to use metrics and insights to support business decisions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on operational problem solving.
