Accountabilities:

    You will own and drive resolution of complex enterprise networking issues, ensuring operational continuity for customers while improving support systems and processes through hands-on technical execution and cross-functional coordination.

    • Own high-priority enterprise support cases end-to-end, from triage through resolution, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
    • Troubleshoot complex issues across wired, wireless, WAN, security, and client-side network environments at scale
    • Coordinate and escalate effectively with internal engineering teams, ISPs, vendors, and operations stakeholders with clear technical context
    • Identify blockers such as missing context, unclear ownership, or external dependencies, and proactively drive resolution forward
    • Document recurring issues, contribute to runbooks, and support continuous improvement of troubleshooting frameworks and support processes
    • Collaborate across teams to improve network reliability, reduce friction, and enhance customer experience in enterprise environments
    • Requirements:

      You bring strong networking fundamentals, deep troubleshooting capability, and a high sense of ownership, with the ability to manage ambiguity and communicate effectively in high-pressure enterprise environments.

      • Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts and experience supporting multi-site or large-scale network environments
      • Proven experience in technical support, network engineering, or infrastructure roles with complex system ownership
      • Ability to troubleshoot across multiple layers including networking hardware, software, and connectivity ecosystems
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
      • Strong problem-solving mindset with high accountability, persistence, and structured thinking under pressure
      • Good judgment in escalation management, balancing independent investigation with timely escalation when needed
      • Experience in fast-paced, high-urgency support environments is highly preferred
