We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.The Data Center Design TeamExamples of key problems the team is working onLead the design, development, and execution of 10s to 100s of GWs of data centers this decade.Drive the next generation of liquid cooling and electrical distribution systems.Develop and scale first-of-a-kind modular data centers.Influence behind-the-meter designs and planning for multi-GW campuses.Role ScopeOwn the architectural scope across Fluidstack's data center portfolio, ensuring every facility is safe, code-compliant, optimized for density, and ready for the most demanding AI compute.Lead architectural design development for new builds and retrofits, merging building codes, fire and life safety, and 3D design.Work alongside mechanical, electrical, structural, and controls engineers to shape facilities, translating complex requirements into executable plans.Manage external AEC vendors and serve as the primary escalation point for site-specific localization challenges across the US portfolio.Drive continuous improvement across code compliance, space utilization, and material flow, and communicate ideas clearly to senior stakeholders through implementation.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point.
