Environmental Technician

Role responsibilities

The technician will capture field data, maintain scientific instruments, and manage field logs at various project sites. They are also responsible for transporting samples and equipment and participating in health and safety programs.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma, though a bachelor's degree in environmental science or occupational health is preferred. The role requires physical stamina for field work and the ability to adapt to various work shifts.
