We're looking for a Manager, Strategic Initiatives reporting to the VP of Strategic Initiatives, ensuring that our most important priorities are translated into clear plans and executed with speed, alignment, and accountability.This role is a mix of strategy, business operations, and cross-functional execution. It is designed for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and knows how to drive outcomes through people, structure, and decision-making.The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience building and running operating cadences at fast-growing SaaS companies — not just contributing to them. Requirements
7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, or a senior execution-focused leadership role within B2B techDemonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition through delivery in a high-growth SaaS environment — not just contributing to themProven ability to build and run company-wide operating cadences: OKRs, exec reviews, planning cycles, and KPI accountability frameworksTrack record of influencing and aligning senior leadership teams without direct authority — translating decisions into action across Product, R&D, GTM, Finance, and PeopleStrong commercial instincts with the...
