Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for strategic customers, managing timelines, communication, risks, and delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Guide clients through data migration, mapping, transformation, and optimization processes to ensure accurate and effective platform adoption.
- Analyze and interpret complex financial datasets, investment structures, and legal agreements across private equity, venture capital, real estate, credit, and other alternative investment areas.
- Advise customers on data structures and workflows that support both immediate implementation needs and long-term platform success.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex onboarding challenges, providing expertise and driving effective solutions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, documentation, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Mentor and support other onboarding team members by sharing expertise, best practices, and operational knowledge.
- Build and optimize AI-supported workflows for recurring onboarding activities, including data mapping resources, migration tracking, customer documentation, and reporting processes.
- 5+ years of experience working with complex financial data through investment banking, management consulting, private markets operations, financial services, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
- Experience designing and implementing AI workflows across multiple tools or data sources with measurable business impact.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including complex data analysis and manipulation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to explain complex technical and financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong customer advisory skills with the ability to influence decisions and collaborate with executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in evolving environments with changing priorities and complex challenges.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and data tools such as SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
- Experience mentoring teammates or leading projects is a plus.

- U.S. base salary range of $108,000 - $135,000 or Canadian base salary range of $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
