Backend Software Engineer (Java, Python)

Role responsibilities

Identify and implement improvements to the codebase to facilitate faster, safer shipping for both human and AI-driven development processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and own the full lifecycle of features.

Requirements

Proven experience in distributed system development, preferably in Scala, with a willingness to learn other languages such as Go, Python, or Java. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience designing scalable solutions are essential.
