Job Description:
- Supervises, trains, and leads quality control inspectors across Assembly to Post Test area
- Ensures compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal company procedures.
- Oversees daily QC operations, performing inspections, and managing defect tracking to prevent non-conforming products ship out from factory
- Collects and reports data regarding to QA Inspection gate WIP, Inspection record & Automotive lot retention record
- Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality at every stage of production.
Experiences & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering or any relevant semiconductor experiences
- More than 2 year of relevant experiences or any supervisory experiences.
- Able to support shift work patterns
