Accountabilities:

    As an Operador de Captação, you will support the enrollment process by engaging with potential students, answering questions, and guiding them through the necessary steps to become enrolled. You will contribute to enrollment goals by maintaining quality interactions and ensuring accurate information management.

    • Provide real-time assistance to prospective students through web chat and WhatsApp, answering questions about available courses and enrollment processes.
    • Register interested candidates for admission processes and create engagement groups through communication channels.
    • Support the enrollment journey by assisting candidates and ensuring information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.
    • Maintain organized records and update customer information throughout the interaction process.
    • Build positive relationships with prospective students by providing clear, helpful, and efficient service.
    • Contribute to enrollment objectives through proactive communication and a customer-oriented approach.
    • Requirements:

      We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional with experience in customer service and sales environments. The ideal candidate enjoys communicating with people, learning new systems, and supporting customers through digital channels.

      • High school diploma completed.
      • Previous experience in sales activities.
      • Previous experience working in a call center environment.
      • Strong communication skills and ability to provide customer support through messaging applications and email.
      • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
      • Ability to quickly learn new systems and digital tools.
      • Previous experience selling educational programs or supporting enrollment processes is a plus.
      • Experience using CRM platforms is desirable.
      • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel is a plus.
