In this role, you will impact the reputation of Honeywell as a customer-centric organization and drive business growth by providing excellent customer service and support throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Provide support to the teams in the Back Office administrative office and represent the additional interface with internal clients and external ones when necessary.
  • Take professional initiative on administrative tasks and coordinate with local offices for tasks that cannot be done remotely.
  • Work as part of the team, involved in processes from start to finish, contributing to the team's results.
  • Contribute to the successful integration of each new employee/member of the region through specific training and assistance.
  • Account successfully, in a timely manner, and ensure maintenance during the life cycle of all orders, contracts, and projects in systems.
  • Work closely with all relevant departments, including sales, procurement, supply, and operations to ensure process standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Assume an active role in implementing and maintaining Honeywell Operating System (HOS).
  • Work in line with policy guidelines and global processes.
  • Meet the objectives of the department/team and the behavioral objectives of Honeywell.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Services or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP application
  • Strong organization skills
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce applications
  • Data Analysis 
  • Advanced Excel Skills
