• Qualify and enter customer orders accurately into the operational/execution process.
• Provide timely, accurate, and helpful information to customers to support a seamless experience.
• Ensure strong customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation in collaboration with destination offices and regional teams.
• Provide, document, and follow up on quotations and opportunities in alignment with customer account strategies.
• Ensure all customer contact details, service requirements, and updates are accurately maintained in KN systems.
• Support best‑in‑class customer onboarding and reporting delivery to align with client’s SOP/KPI requirements to achieve Customer Promise KPI Target.
• Perform purchase order and shipment qualification following global and local working instructions.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment execution, including arranging KN services (e.g., trucking, customs clearance).
• Check incoming invoices, create customer invoices, and manage Financial Service Levels (FSL) in compliance with financial guidelines.
• Ensure expected Gross Profit (GP) is confirmed within 24 hours.
• Enter expected costs into operational systems (SeaLOG) and ensure timely posting into accounting systems (Acon+).
• Ensure timely and accurate billing with a minimum of 95% invoice quality.
• Minimize deferrals and apply appropriate Deferral & Loss Codes.
• Define, monitor, and help enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with supplier and address performance issues proactively.
• Ensure cost‑effective supplier selection aligned with operational and customer needs
• Work with process and systems teams to implement process improvements and increase automation (e.g., eTouch Automation Dashboard).
• Ensure high data quality, timeliness, and accurate service details across all systems.
• Document, analyze, and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Identify root causes, share insights with relevant teams, and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Use KPI dashboards to monitor, control, and enhance service quality, customer performance, and productivity.
• New Task as per assigned by supervisor / managers
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sea freight operations or a related logistics/supply chain field.
- Intermediate to fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage a high volume of workload.
- Willingness to work on a Monday to Saturday schedule.
