The Concessions Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The Concessions Supervisor will assist the Concessions Managers and the rest of the OVG leadership team with projects including training, inventory, and special events. The Concessions Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00 to $25.00. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until October 16, 2026. Responsibilities Set-up of all concession locations prior to the start of the event, which includes verifying opening inventory, assigning duties to concession workers (employee/volunteer), ensuring sanitation standards are met, and checking food and beverage production meets projected event needs.Requisitions and stocks all food and beverage products and supplies needed for assigned locations.Train and coach new & current employees on standard operation procedures in the concessions area.Provide back-up to any open position to ensure the concession location is fully operational. Ensures that company standards pertaining to speed of service and guest satisfaction are met.Ensure the work environment is safe and free from harassment or discrimination; immediately address all safety concerns, potential hazards, accidents, or incidents. Relays safety/health issues to management immediately.Provide ongoing constructive feedback to concessions staff and volunteers.Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained, escalating to management or security when needed.
