Accountabilities:

    • Own the Advisor Experience product strategy, roadmap, discovery process, and delivery lifecycle, ensuring solutions directly support business goals and user needs.
    • Define and prioritize product initiatives across client experience, advisor practice management, advisor transitions, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
    • Build solutions that improve client feedback management, advisor capacity planning, meeting preparation, follow-up processes, and overall advisor effectiveness.
    • Develop tools that strengthen client relationships by identifying risks, supporting advisor transitions, and improving retention outcomes.
    • Lead the creation and adoption of AI-powered capabilities that help advisors save time, improve decision-making, and deliver more personalized client experiences.
    • Translate complex business processes into clear product requirements, actionable priorities, and measurable outcomes.
    • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, business intelligence, and external development teams to drive successful product delivery.
    • Manage product tradeoffs, scope decisions, sequencing, and execution priorities with speed, clarity, and strong judgment.
    • Use data, user feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve products and maximize impact.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive improvements in key outcomes such as client satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within financial services, wealth management, B2B SaaS, or technology-driven business environments.
      • Proven experience delivering products that integrate into existing systems, workflows, and complex operational processes.
      • Strong track record leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, and business functions.
      • Experience managing multiple product initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities and outcomes.
      • Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear product strategies, requirements, and execution plans.
      • Comfortable working with AI concepts and applying emerging technologies to create practical, user-focused solutions.
      • Strong data fluency, including defining success metrics, analyzing dashboards, and using insights to guide product decisions.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Action-oriented mindset with strong ownership, attention to quality, and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments.
      • User-focused approach with a passion for understanding advisor and client challenges and building solutions around their needs.
