You will also lead integrated PI planning and provide financial oversight to ensure profitability and pipeline health across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Ensure programs are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations across product lines and functions.

Customer Engagement & Success

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer success teams, ensuring timely resolution of queries and proactive communication with the relevant product teams.

  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.

  • Support onboarding, rollout, and adoption of OpenBlue solutions across customer environments.

Commercial Support & RFP Management

  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other customer procurement processes.

  • Coordinate input from product, engineering, UI/UX, AI and delivery teams to ensure accurate and compelling proposals.

  • Track and manage proposal outcomes and feedback to inform future responses.

Integrated PI Planning & Cross-Portfolio Coordination

  • Lead and facilitate integrated PI (Program Increment) planning across product, engineering, AI, and UI/UX teams.

  • Ensure alignment of objectives, timelines, and resources across all OpenBlue products.

  • Drive transparency and collaboration across teams to support shared goals and delivery milestones.

Financial Oversight & Portfolio Health

  • Track and report on financial performance across the product portfolio, including profitability, pipeline, and cost-to-serve.

  • Partner with finance and product leadership to ensure programs are commercially viable and aligned with strategic growth targets.

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation across the portfolio.

Portfolio Evolution & AI Integration

  • Partner with product and AI leadership to support the transition from legacy systems to GenAI-powered, AI-native platforms.

  • Ensure program delivery frameworks are adaptable to evolving technologies and customer expectations.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap alignment across the AI-enhanced portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs across product and engineering teams.

  • Familiarity with OpenBlue or similar smart building platforms.

  • Strong understanding of customer success, commercial processes, and enterprise delivery models.

  • Experience with PI planning, agile methodologies, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Financial acumen with experience in tracking profitability, pipeline, and cost metrics.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting RFPs and working closely with commercial teams.

  • PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications.

  • Background in sustainability, IoT, HVAC equipment, workplace experience platforms, and enterprise software delivery.
