Accountabilities:
- Create social media content for review and approval across platforms including LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, and Instagram.
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management platforms such as Sprout Social.
- Repurpose existing materials, including blog content, webinars, research, events, and thought leadership into engaging platform-specific posts.
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Build and refine AI prompt libraries and repeatable workflows that improve content production efficiency.
- Review and edit AI-generated content to ensure alignment with messaging, tone, and audience expectations.
- Monitor social channels, engagement activity, comments, and relevant conversations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content ideas, assets, and subject matter expertise.
- Ensure social content follows platform best practices and supports broader communication objectives.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform changes, and evolving AI capabilities for content creation.
- 2–5 years of professional experience managing social media programs.
- Experience managing social media accounts for B2B organizations or technical audiences.
- Proven experience building and executing social media content calendars.
- Hands-on experience with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable solutions to create, adapt, and scale content.
- Strong prompt engineering skills, including the ability to develop repeatable, brand-aligned AI workflows.
- Ability to evaluate, edit, and improve AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and effectiveness.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to brand voice.
- Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear and engaging social content.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, thought leadership, or industry-focused audiences is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, employee advocacy programs, executive social media initiatives, or content performance measurement is a plus.
- Hourly compensation range of $30 – $40/hour, depending on experience.
- Fully remote position based in the United States.
