Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift

Responsibilities:

• Perform manufacturing tasks with detailed execution and strict adherence to safety protocols

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine production schedules and ensure on-time delivery

• Successfully implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity

• Compete in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets and quality standards

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.

Experience:

• Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field

• Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

• Understanding of contamination prevention and cleanliness

• Teamwork and effective communication

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment
