Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Development Representative for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new business leads via cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers and influencers
  • Book discovery calls, product demos and meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all prospect interactions
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly pipeline generation targets
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team on campaigns and strategies

Requirements

  • 1+ year of SDR, BDR or outbound sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Resilient, competitive and highly motivated by targets and results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Positive, coachable attitude with a strong work ethic and self-discipline
