Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Development Representative for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads via cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers and influencers
- Book discovery calls, product demos and meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all prospect interactions
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly pipeline generation targets
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team on campaigns and strategies
Requirements
- 1+ year of SDR, BDR or outbound sales experience in a B2B environment
- Resilient, competitive and highly motivated by targets and results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Positive, coachable attitude with a strong work ethic and self-discipline
