Responsibilities include sourcing marketing materials for customer campaigns, managing a digital repository of assets for assigned partners, and supporting the creation of PowerPoint presentations and email communications such as eblasts and newsletters.This role is part of the Affiliate Marketing team and works across a portfolio of content from leading studios and suppliers. Responsibilities include sourcing images and videos through studio and content owner portals, ensuring promotional assets are available for campaigns, and distributing materials to assigned affiliates.What will your job look like? Source marketing materials from multiple content suppliers to support film and TV campaignsMaintain and update the digital repository of promotional materialsSupport the creation of content-focused PowerPoint presentationsDevelop email campaigns (eblasts/newsletters) using tools such as Mailchimp or PardotCollaborate with Marketing Managers and content owners on upcoming releasesWork with internal teams to ensure marketing asset requirements and campaign deadlines are metCoordinate with agencies to develop image and video assets and manage associated metadataConduct regular reviews of social media and online channels and contribute to reportingRespond to partner requests, including providing assets and guidelinesEnsure adherence to brand and content guidelines across marketing activitiesSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across the US, Canada, and EMEAAll you need is... Required QualificationsApproximately 2+ years of experience in digital media or content-related rolesExperience in marketing, ideally within the entertainment industry (film or TV)Experience coordinating with internal teams and/or external agenciesExperience working in a client-facing environmentAbility to manage deadlines and handle multiple prioritiesExperience creating and distributing newsletters or email campaignsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Familiarity with production workflows for marketing materials (e.g., posters, trailers, digital assets)Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and content management...
