Role responsibilities
The Field Support Technician is responsible for the technical maintenance and installation of Roche products, performing on-site preventative maintenance and technical updates. Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 2 years of technical school or equivalent experience, along with knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical systems. Effective communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to travel for the role.
