The HR Supervisor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day human resources operations in West-Africa, ensuring effective implementation of HR processes in line with Group policies and local labor regulations. The role supports recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives, contributing to a positive work environment and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices
  • Experience maintaining employee records and HR systems (HiBob experience is an advantage).
  • Experience handling recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee HR-related queries and support requests.
  • Coordinate HR-related tasks with Group HR and ensure compliance with Group policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in HR systems (HiBob).
  • Support employee relations activities, including documenting disciplinary actions and performance processes.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including leave, insurance, and other employee programs.
  • Coordinate expatriate work permits, residency, and visa processes in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating employee development initiatives.
  • Support implementation of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Support HR reporting and data management activities.
  • Participate to HSQE programs developed and implemented by the company
  • Follow company and safety procedures 
  • Report all accident and incident related to their scope of work to their immediate supervisor.
