Sales Operations:
Sales Operations Analyst supporting the sales team with data-driven insights, Pipeline management, forecasting, and operational efficiency. This role plays a critical part in collecting, reporting pipeline and wins data for Apps & BPS Practice. enabling scalable growth and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to identify new opportunities, collate pipeline and wins information
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
Design, develop and provide regular reports to SLT and ELT on Wins and Pipeline numbers
Analyze sales metrics and prepare regular reports on pipeline health, performance trends, and conversion rates.
Manage and refine lead scoring models and ensure alignment with marketing and sales funnel stages.
Serve as the go-to resource for sales-related tools, data requests, and reporting requirements.
Work with relevant stakeholders to develop plans to address gaps against Targets
Assist with and sales forecasting using historical and predictive analytics.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, and experimentation.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years) work experience.
2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot,
Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge and Use of Sales Force, Power BI dashboards
Excellent MS Excel & Power Point skills
Analytical mindset with experience in handling large datasets and building dashboards.
Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and marketing teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
