Business Process Analyst - 12 MONTH CONTRACT
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid environment, 2 days a week in office)

Your mission:
Drive end-to-end sales process optimization by diagnosing inefficiencies, designing streamlined future-state workflows, and translating business needs into functional requirements for dedicated delivery teams. Additionally, support the CRM roadmap and data management strategy through sales activity analysis, implementation, audit completion, documentation, and user training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map AS-IS and design TO-BE processes by identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps across the sales cycle.
- Analyse pipeline & client data to identify process and/or data breaks.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Own and maintain a process improvement backlog, prioritizing initiatives in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Run discovery sessions with key stakeholders to understand pain points and align on improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for process-related queries, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed.
- Create user guides and train the sales team on process changes.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Ops, or Process Improvement specialist.
- Proficient in business process modelling notation (BPMN) and visual mapping tools.
- Strong foundational understanding of CRM structural concepts (experience working with Salesforce is a strong plus).
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian is a must.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
