About the role
In short: You own client projects end-to-end, using Cellbyte's AI platform to turn pharma customers' market access, pricing, and launch questions into high-quality analyses and deliverables - at a speed manual work can't reach.You'll work side by side with senior leaders and the founders, owning the day-to-day of each engagement while learning the craft of building trusted pharma partnerships.Your key responsibilities:- Use Cellbyte's AI platform to combine fragmented datasets and surface insights, then turn them into crisp narratives clients can act on.
- Translate client questions in market access, pricing, and launch strategy into structured analyses and clear, decision-ready deliverables.
- Own day-to-day delivery of client projects: plan workstreams, manage timelines and continuously improve and automate delivery using the platform.
- Be a reliable point of contact for client teams, building trust through responsiveness, quality, and follow-through.
- Partner with founders and domain experts on the deeper market-access conversations, while you keep the project moving and on track.
- Feed what you learn from clients back into the product, helping shape features, templates, and a repeatable way of delivering engagements.
You might be a fit if…
- You're genuinely excited about AI and pharma, and want to understand how we create value for customers.
- You have 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or a commercial/analytical role, ideally with exposure to pharma, market access, pricing, or life sciences.
- You're a strong organizer and communicator who can own multiple projects in parallel end-to-end, manage stakeholders, and keep complex work on schedule.
- You're comfortable working hands-on with data (and ideally light coding / AI tools) to build analyses and repeatable workflows.
- You're hungry, high-energy, and resilient. You thrive at startup speed and want ownership, not a playbook handed to you.
- You're comfortable being client-facing and can hold a credible, value-driven conversation with senior stakeholders.
- Bonus: experience from a top-tier consultancy or a life sciences / analytics vendor. We can teach you the domain; we can't teach you how to get things done.
- Fluent English; German or French are a plus.
