Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using .NET technologies, C#, and SQL Server to support complex business requirements.
- Build and maintain cloud-based applications using AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and secure code while following established architecture and engineering standards.
- Apply test-driven development practices, create unit and integration tests, and support automated testing initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, API documentation, and testing plans.
- Provide Level 3 production support, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, estimate development efforts, and deliver effective solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices across engineering teams.
- Ensure applications comply with security policies, risk management guidelines, and technical architecture standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in .NET environments.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
- Experience with ASP.NET Core MVC and Entity Framework Core.
- Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience using SQL Server.
- Frontend development experience with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs, JSON, HTML5, CSS, and responsive web applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, software design patterns, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with AWS services and Kubernetes-based container orchestration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud security best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium and unit testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools used in production environments.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Competitive annual base salary range of approximately $87,800–$123,500, depending on skills, experience, education, and location.
