What You'll Do:
Negotiate personal injury settlements by working collaboratively with insurance carriers and adjusters, pushing for the strongest outcome on every file
Build settlement breakdowns that reconcile gross recovery against fees, costs, and liens
Develop relationships with adjusters, clients, and attorneys while working with each stakeholder, always keeping the clients top of mind
Execute against agreed upon negotiation strategy with our attorney customers for each case
