As a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our suppliers meet Honeywell's stringent quality standards and contribute to the overall excellence of our supply chain. You will be responsible for driving supplier quality improvement initiatives, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
You will work out of our Northford, CT location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of components supplied to Honeywell, helping to maintain our reputation for excellence and supporting continuous improvement efforts that enhance supplier performance and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Drive supplier quality improvement initiatives to achieve and maintain compliance with Honeywell's quality standards.
· Conduct supplier audits to evaluate capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
· Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address and prevent quality issues.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier quality concerns and enhance supplier performance.
· Monitor supplier quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE
· 6+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role.
· Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies, including supplier audits and root cause analysis.
· Proficiency in driving supplier performance improvement initiatives and implementing corrective actions.
· Experience with quality metrics monitoring and cross-functional collaboration to resolve supplier quality issues.
· Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements applicable to supplier quality.
WE VALUE
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
· Experience leading supplier quality improvement projects and driving continuous improvement.
· Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies or certification.
