Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and automate quality analytics dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to support performance tracking and operational decision-making.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production and operational datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Develop recurring reports on productivity, workload distribution, and process performance across teams and functions.
- Manage workflow tracking and documentation in Jira, including ticket coordination and requirements translation between operations and technical teams.
- Monitor and support quality escalation processes, including analysis of incidents, process changes, and compliance-related issues.
- Oversee quality and regulatory records such as NCRs, CAPAs, amended reports, and HIPAA-related incidents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Apply statistical methods, SQL, and analytical tools to conduct data analysis, hypothesis testing, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, quality analytics, business intelligence, or a related data-centric role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience using SQL and statistical methods for data analysis, reporting, and process evaluation.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or Business Objects (preferred).
- Understanding of data modeling, segmentation techniques, and reporting best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform effectively in fast-paced, regulated settings.
- Comfortable working with sensitive healthcare-related data and adhering to HIPAA/privacy requirements.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and messaging platforms.
