Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies aligned with transformation and organizational objectives.
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to identify risks, dependencies, and adoption challenges.
- Design and implement communication plans that clearly articulate change objectives, benefits, and progress across stakeholder groups.
- Partner closely with project and program managers to integrate change activities into broader delivery plans.
- Create and deliver training, coaching, and reinforcement strategies to support sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
- Identify and manage resistance by engaging leaders and teams to address concerns and build alignment.
- Define success metrics and track adoption, engagement, and change sustainability over time.
- Provide guidance to leaders and people managers to reinforce behaviors and ensure consistent change adoption.
- Prepare executive-level updates, reports, and presentations on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or program/project management roles.
- Proven experience supporting or leading large-scale transformation initiatives such as system implementations, process redesign, or organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or Lewin.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to influence, coach, and support senior leaders and people managers through complex change.
- Experience working in agile, hybrid, or enterprise-scale environments is strongly preferred.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is considered an asset.
- Competitive salary range aligned with experience and local market standards: $85,300 – $135,300 CAD.
