This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social impact leader to shape and execute community-focused initiatives within a fast-growing and innovative environment. In this approximately 16-month contract role, you will lead the implementation of a multi-year social impact strategy aimed at increasing financial confidence and inclusion. Working cross-functionally with teams across product, marketing, communications, and community engagement, you will transform strategic ideas into meaningful programs and partnerships. You will also oversee foundation activities, employee resource groups, and community investment initiatives while managing a small, dedicated team. Accountabilities:

    • Lead the execution and operationalization of social impact initiatives, ensuring programs are effectively delivered and aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships to drive collaboration across product, marketing, communications, and community-focused teams.
    • Establish workflows, governance processes, and scalable frameworks that enable successful delivery of multi-team initiatives.
    • Oversee community partnerships and grant-making initiatives, supporting the development of impactful programs and external relationships.
    • Manage foundation-related activities, including governance administration, financial oversight, audits, reporting, and funding disbursements.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the social impact team, ensuring continuity, engagement, and successful program execution.
    • Supervise employee resource group programs and measure their effectiveness and organizational impact.
    • Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, budgeting, workflow efficiency, and program management.
    • Requirements

      • 8+ years of experience in social impact, community investment, corporate foundations, CSR, or related fields, including experience launching or operationalizing new strategies and programs.
      • Proven expertise in foundation administration, governance, financial reporting, grant management, or equivalent corporate giving initiatives.
      • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
      • Strong experience building and managing partnerships with nonprofits, community organizations, or similar external stakeholders.
      • Experience leading teams, employee engagement initiatives, volunteer networks, or distributed programs.
      • Solid financial and budget management capabilities, with the ability to monitor spending and ensure accountability across multiple initiatives.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and governance bodies.
      • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in evolving environments.
      • Experience within technology-driven organizations, CSR functions, youth-focused initiatives, or AI-enabled operational processes is considered an asset.
