About Wealth.com

Wealth.com is the industry's leading AI Wealth Management platform, empowering financial advisors to offer modern, comprehensive estate planning solutions to their clients. By combining cutting-edge technology, AI, and unmatched human expertise, we deliver a seamless experience that sets us apart. Beyond having one of the most coveted domain names in FinTech, wealth.com is a dynamic startup experiencing rapid yet sustainable growth.

A key reason behind our position as the #1 estate and tax planning platform is our team. Our people thrive in a collaborative, supportive culture that fosters innovation and makes wealth.com a place where everyone truly enjoys working. Wealth.com is certified as a Great Place to Work for 2024 and named a 2024 finalist for Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators!

People don't remember the feature. They remember how it made them feel. An advisor guiding a family through estate and tax planning does not want a more complicated tool. They want to feel calm, capable, and sure. That is what we design for.

We believe the best technology earns trust by getting out of the way. When intelligence is designed with care, people stop thinking about the tool and focus on what they came to do. Our job is to make the hard things feel simple.

Role Overview

As the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Wealth.com, you will report directly to and work closely with the Chief Financial Officer. You will be tasked with transforming raw financial and operational data into narrative-driven strategy, dissecting the issues affecting the company's key growth initiatives, and assisting with other strategic objectives. You will actively partner with leadership, moving past static spreadsheet data to deliver real-time, data-driven insights that steer corporate strategy. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work from the NYC office a minimum of three days per week.

What You'll Do

  • Help design, implement, and manage the company's continuous rolling forecast and financial planning processes

  • Champion the use of modern AI workflows (specifically leveraging Claude and Gemini) to automate manual inputs, streamline coding scripts for data manipulation, and run real-time scenario planning

  • Construct sophisticated, scalable financial models from scratch to backstop proposed business development, pricing strategies, and core corporate strategic initiatives

  • Gather, synthesize, and translate complex financial results into clear, narrative-driven insights and presentations for the leadership team and Board of Directors

  • Collaborate closely with functional departments to aggregate financial and operational data, map business trends, and identify critical optimization opportunities

  • Partner directly with the Accounting team to streamline monthly, quarterly, and year-end close cycles by ensuring tight integration between financial models and actual system results

  • Manage key inputs for the company's operating model

  • Support the Sales and Product teams through deep financial analysis

  • Prepare reports for the leadership team

  • Assist the Accounting team with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings of the books and records

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science)

  • Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience, ideally with an investment banking or management consulting background and more recent FP&A experience within a technology start-up

  • Ability to thrive in an individual contributor capacity where you will own the entire workflow from data extraction to executive synthesis

  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to manage changing priorities dynamically

  • Strong comfort with and curiosity for integrating generative AI tools (specifically Claude and Gemini) into daily workflows to augment financial analysis, speed up research, and refine communications

  • Exceptional analytical abilities coupled with advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills

  • Proven ability to confidently influence and guide senior executive decision-making

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Omni, Tableau, or Looker
