The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.Responsibilities:Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end usersIdentify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actionsAnalyze business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gapsGenerate and compile reports based on findings, including probable causes and potential solutions to systems issuesProvide advice and counsel related to technology or operations of the business, ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standardsFilter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources and perform other duties and functions as assignedAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Recommended Qualifications:7-12 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysisDemonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniquesProven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skillsConsistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree like MBA (finance) or CA with relevant experience or equivalent experienceThorough understanding of financial productsStrong understanding of Enterprise Risk, Compliance Risk & Policy Management concepts and demonstrate SME level knowledgeKnowledge of SQL and Data AnalyticsKnowledge of using AI tools for story writing, test case generation, acceptance criteria along with expertise in JIRA toolsExposure to Use case methods, Artifact creation, UAT coordinationArticulation/ Written and verbal communication.Expertise in or working knowledge flow chart, Visio, MS-Office applicationCertification - FRM/CFA is preferred.Experience in Investment banking/capital markets is a must.------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Technology------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Business Analysis / Client Services------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Most Relevant Skills Please see the requirements listed above.------------------------------------------------------Other Relevant Skills For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.------------------------------------------------------Citi is an equal opportunity employer, and qualified candidates will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other characteristic protected by law.If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity...
