In this role, you’ll show your mettle as you find ways to uphold excellence and high standards in our procurement process. Working closely with the Account Lead to align with Financial for the Visa account and execute Procurement strategies for local and/or national initiatives for Facilities Management and Project Management Services. The Senior Executive Procurement is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing goods and services required by the organization. The role involves vendor management, cost negotiation, purchase order processing, contract compliance, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and budget controls. Manage supplier relationships including administrative and operational activities. Ensure all Jones Lang LaSalle sourcing and contracting standards are maintained.

As a Senior Executive - Procurement at JLL, you will play a crucial role in driving Procurement strategy and performance for our global organization. You will lead complex financial initiatives, provide strategic insights to senior leadership, and ensure the company's financial health aligns with our long-term goals. Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth • Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and corporate finance principles • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex procurement data into actionable insights • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams . Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to Client •

 

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve procurement-related issues.
  • Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
  • Track procurement budgets and prepare procurement reports.
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and supplier agreements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Support audits by providing procurement-related documentation.

Mastery in the field

You should have earned a diploma or degree in commerce/Management/MBA. Having three to seven years of experience in facilities management will also prove indispensable. We’ll also expect you to work as a part of a diverse team in both leadership and individual contributor expertise, initiate energy management program for reducing the cost on utilities.
