Global Servicing (GS) oversees consumer travel and concierge experiences, all card customer service functions for the company’s global consumer, banking, merchant, and commercial customers, as well as the key enablement functions that power our products and services. Provide extraordinary customer care via phone to Banking customers
Support Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests
Supporting Customers with Banking transactions and funds inquiries
Respond and resolve customer inquiries around rewards and redemption
Integrity: Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing practices
Minimum Qualifications:
At least college level
Banking, Financial Services and Investment (BFSI – savings, checking, debit cards, deposit, and credit card) experience is required.
Minimum 1 ½ Years of Customer Service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty.
At least 1 ½ years CSAT/NPS experience (with recent relative experience for the past 6 months).
Exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment.
Technical proficiency to manage chats and multiple applications at the same time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Employed candidates are preferred, while we are open to considering unemployed candidates, the ideal would have a maximum of 6 months unemployment from the target start date.

Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)
