Avery Dennison is seeking a Coating Production Team Lead to guide, support, and inspire our production team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will facilitate daily production, coordinate shift activities, and help build a safe, high-performing environment.Shift: 6:45PM-7:00AM, 2-2-3Starting Hiring Pay: $31.94/hr plus $2/hr shift differential What You’ll DoGuide & Support: Coordinate daily shift activities, assign tasks, and ensure seamless teamwork to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.Lead by Example: Model a "safety-first" culture and jump onto the production line when needed to support customer demands or coverage gaps.Coach & Develop: Identify team training needs, facilitate continuous learning, and provide performance feedback to help team members grow.Drive Quality & Safety: Lead root-cause analysis for quality or safety issues, ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and 5S practices are followed.Continuous Improvement: Partner across teams to simplify processes, reduce manufacturing waste, and streamline production workflows.QualificationsWhat You’ll NeedExperience: High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.Leadership Traits: Proven ability to coach peers, encourage open communication, and put "Team Before Self."Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, ERP/MFG systems).
