Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
As a General Administrator, you will be responsible for carrying out daily administrative activities within the Executive Office, ensuring an excellent staff experience. You will also provide administrative support to the Housekeeping and Maintenance departments.
- Carry out daily administrative tasks
- Provide general secretarial support
- Ensure all communications, particularly those relating to owners, guests, and the Corporate Office, are handled promptly and professionally
- Receive and distribute incoming mail
- Ensure outgoing mail is dispatched in a timely manner
- Maintain adequate supplies.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Manage filing systems efficiently
- Comply with all key security procedures
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards
