THE WORK:

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a Director / Senior Manager in our Consumer practice, a typical day usually combines client advisory work, programme leadership, sales activities, and team management:

Engage with client executives to discuss business priorities, transformation initiatives, and challenges related to sales, supply chain, RGM, commerce, data, or AI, helping shape strategic decisions.
Lead ongoing transformation programmes, review project progress, remove delivery roadblocks, make key decisions, and ensure business and technology teams remain aligned on objectives and timelines.
Develop new business opportunities by participating in proposal development, solution design, client workshops, and discussions with Account Leads to grow existing accounts and create pipeline.
Coach and manage consulting teams, providing guidance, reviewing deliverables, mentoring team members, and supporting talent development and recruitment activities.
Drive thought leadership and innovation, staying current trends, AI, digital commerce, data platforms, and emerging technologies, and translating these into practical client solutions and offerings.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that our way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Minimum 15+ years of professional experience including 5+ years in senior manager role.
5+ years in consulting, strategy, digital transformation, or large-scale business transformation programmes
Proven experience working with Consumer Goods clients (CPG/FMCG)
Experience leading multi-country or large-scale transformation programmes
Experience managing senior client stakeholders (Director, VP, C-Level)
Proficient level in English (written & spoken)
