Accountabilities:

    • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual territory business plans to achieve sales and growth targets across assigned markets.
    • Drive primary and secondary sales through effective engagement with doctors, chemists, and distributors while ensuring ethical promotion of products.
    • Plan and implement trade activation activities, CMEs, retail engagement programs, merchandising, sampling, and brand visibility initiatives.
    • Manage distributor relationships, including appointment support, credit control recommendations, inventory tracking, and performance monitoring.
    • Conduct market intelligence activities including prescription audits, competitor tracking, and customer coverage optimization.
    • Ensure 100 percent doctor and trade coverage as per call plans while maintaining accurate customer databases and reporting systems.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, territory management, or field-based healthcare business development roles.
    • Strong understanding of medical sales processes, distributor management, and retail/clinic engagement strategies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and trade partners.
    • Ability to work independently in a field-intensive environment with frequent travel requirements.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and adjust territory strategies accordingly.
